Garments require little to no sewing, saving time, money, and waste. The seam-free construction of WHOLE GARMENT® products produces the ideal comfort and consistency in fit for knitwear.

Full Fashion Knitting

Stoll America’s flat bed knitting machines produce fully fashioned garment pieces using inverse plaiting techniques. The garment shape is achieved on the knitting machine as each piece is knitted with no raw edges. Pieces are sewn using linking or cup seaming to create a comfortable knit for active lifestyles.

Seamless Garment Technology

Using a unique circular knit machine, Rhin Textile now offers seamless garment technology for cotton. The technology produces the entire garment on the machine with no assembly or linking required. The elimination of seams reduces chafing, improves range of motion, and allows the cotton fabric to conform to the shape of the body.
