WHOLEGARMENT 3D® KNITTING TECHNOLOGY.
Shima Seiki U.S.A. Inc.‘s revolutionary WHOLE GARMENT® knitwear is produced in one entire piece, three-dimensionally, directly on the knitting machine. Garments require little to no sewing, saving time, money, and waste. The seam-free construction of WHOLE GARMENT® products produces the ideal comfort and consistency in fit for knitwear.
FULL FASHION KNITTING.
Stoll America‘s flat bed knitting machines produce fully fashioned garment pieces using inverse plaiting techniques. The garment shape is achieved on the knitting machine as each piece is knitted with no raw edges. Pieces are sewn using linking or cup seaming to create a comfortable knit for active lifestyles.
SEAMLESS GARMENT TECHNOLOGY.
Using a unique circular knit machine, the technology produces the entire garment on the machine with no assembly or linking required. The elimination of seams reduces chafing, improves range of motion, and allows the cotton fabric to conform to the shape of the body. Seamless technology also offers unique design capabilities to incorporate performance features like moisture-wicking yarns and ventilation through construction.

Cotton Incorporated collaborated with Andari, a leading knitwear garment manufacturer in the U.S., to design and develop a unique performance knitwear collection. The garment collection features original designs that include TransDRY® and STORM COTTON™ technologies and also highlights cotton performance through construction. Cotton is ready to stand up to any challenge with this combination of unique design details, distinctive knitting techniques, and performance technology finishes.

Indigo Seamless Knitwear
Santoni is a global leader in knitting technologies and seamless knitwear machines. This knitwear collection combines the benefits of seamless technology with indigo cotton yarns. The panels and garments developed with seamless technology allow for comfort, ease of movement, and improved fit, while the indigo yarns provide a unique look for athleisure and activewear garments.
